We are still working on products, just not as quickly as anybody anticipated.
However, persistence pays off.
As of last month there was a Western New York PDMA meeting in which,
we had the honor of listening to retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John Batiste
talk about teamwork, company management, and product improvement.
